We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Malaysian Accounting Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
